My interest in resistance and strength training began at a young age, I can remember as far back as about 8 years old experimenting with an exercise machine we had at home. At 19 years old I competed in my first Power-lifting competition and then proceeded to shift more into bodybuilding.
In the winter/spring of 2016 I got a diploma in Personal Fitness Training and have trained about 40 clients since that following summer. I’m known for being extremely fascinated by the science behind fitness, nutrition and supplements.
My approach to training people is always customized given how different peoples bodies are, this combined with their individual goals and you have a truly unique program.
